The Responsible Landmarks Coalition is comprised of real estate, business, housing, labor organizations, and individual property owners who believe the City’s Landmark Law has been a great benefit in preserving our history and many great buildings. We advocate for greater transparency in the process of designating historic districts and want to ensure that application of the New York City Landmarks Law addresses other City priorities.
